  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

2.3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
